Before Italy there is one piece of housekeeping: the participation agreement below, your emergency and insurance details, and the few identity details Italian law requires the villa to register for every guest. It takes about five minutes. Please read the agreement in full, then complete the form beneath it.

THE PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

YOUR TRAVEL INSURANCE

Holding travel and medical insurance valid in Italy is a condition of taking part: at least USD 100,000 of emergency medical cover, including emergency evacuation and repatriation. Section 6 of the agreement explains why.

Not sure what your policy covers? Call or message your insurer and ask three questions: 1. Am I covered for emergency medical treatment in Italy, up to at least USD 100,000? 2. Does my policy include emergency medical evacuation and repatriation? 3. What is your 24-hour emergency assistance number? Their answers are exactly what goes in the boxes above.

I am still arranging my cover. I will send these three details before 22 August 2026. (If we have not heard from you by then, Amïe will call to help you sort it.) Required. I confirm I hold, or will hold before travelling, travel insurance providing at least USD 100,000 of emergency medical cover including emergency medical evacuation and repatriation, valid in Italy for 25 to 30 August 2026.

I have read section 12 of the agreement and I consent to Tabaruq Arts processing the details in this form to run the retreat safely, including passing my identity details to the villa's own check-in as Italian law requires.
